This is what James saw on his way home from work tonight. I wondered what the laws are on something like this and how intoxicated or stupid do you have to be to actually do this?

I thought only people in NC did back-woods, redneck, trailer park crap like tha! Nice to see the whole country has weirdo's like NC. Which by the way, has the highest number of outhouses left, Not sure if they are still in use, but I wouldent be surprised.
